My name is Valia Anyfioti and I am a Greek living in London for over 20 years.

Originally, I studied Mechanical Engineering in Greece, followed by a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at INSEAD in France. Over the next 15 years I worked first as an engineer in Greece, then as a strategy consultant in Germany and the UK, and finally in sales and marketing in London.

Then I re-trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist at Regent’s University London (Masters and Advanced Diploma) and practised extensively as a volunteer at The Wimbledon Guild, The Claremont Project, and the Ladywell Acute Psychiatric unit in Lewisham Hospital, before starting in private practice.

Through my previous education, past career and life experience, and my multi-cultural background, I developed a profound understanding of life’s many challenges and how to build deep and sustainable therapeutic relationships with clients from a variety of cultural and social backgrounds.

Currently on Tuesdays I run an in-person private practice in London, and I work at other times online. I am also member of The Samuel Therapy Practice and the Olympus Psychotherapy Practice.
