“Ring the bells that still can ring. Forget your perfect offering. There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in”

Leonard Cohen

What is Therapy

Our life journey will invariably present us with challenges, some of which may even seem insurmountable.

The loss of someone close, divorce, career upheavals, illness, family and intimate relationship turmoil, childhood or other trauma are only some of the difficulties we may be called to face.

There will also be other times when the cause of our internal discomfort may not be apparent and tangible, but our emotional world will be in upheaval, and we will be struggling to survive the everyday. Persistent feelings of anxiety, self-loathing, depression, loneliness, lack of purpose or any other psycho-somatic experiences that render us unable to cope and function, let alone enjoy and thrive, are often indicators that we may need some support.

Therapy is a caring relationship, which aims to provide the clients with a safe space and time to explore their difficulties, to increase their awareness and understanding about themselves and their relationship to the world, and to empower them to make changes and heal.
